Style_Journey 's Thoughts:

I have a crush on floral patterns especially if they manage to create an instant contrast between a dark background and warm earthy colors. This statement dress is another oldie but goldie piece that I found in a thrift store 4 years ago.

I have an old obsession for black dresses with sunflower pattern. I love how well the creator balanced these two different floral patterns on my dress. I wouldn't imagine sunflower and carnation could work together. It's a button down sleeveless shirt dress which is perfect to throw on a cardigan in the chilly mornings.

I thought the best possible way to wear this dress was to bring together some accessories in the same colors as the pattern. These dress and red belt seem to be made for each other. I have plenty of belts in my closet but for some reason, when it comes to this dress, I always end up wearing the red belt. I just love the way it pops out while still matching the red tones from the floral pattern.

I felt amazing wearing this outfit though I always loved the way this dress makes me feel: feminine and elegant with just the right amount of vintage vibe to make me look younger through the contrast is gives to my appearance. It's the perfect dress to wear with a pair of oxford boots and a wide brim black hat wherever you want an instant vintage kind of outfit.

There is an elegance to this combination I just love! The delicate pattern play in the dress is so pretty and feminine! I love the touch of red the belt adds to break up the patterns, lovely!

I'm very drawn to the duo pattern of the sunflower dress too. Lovely vintage vibe and looks so pretty on you. The red belt is a perfect contrast.
